Something Special is a TV programme, presented by Justin Fletcher on the CBeebies channel.  It is specifically aimed at children with learning and communication difficulties.  Justin Fletcher plays the main character of Mr Tumble.

The message says "Birthday Boy! Hope your Birthday is AMAZING just like you!" There is also plenty of space to write your own personal message and not forgetting an opportunity to do an activity as well.
