Returns & Refunds
Danilo.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund on the amount you paid for the item (including tax, but excluding shipping expense).
We take special care to ensure that calendars leave our fulfilment centre in perfect condition. However, if you receive a calendar that is damaged, we will be happy to replace it at our expense. You must call or email our Customer Service Representative Tel - 01992 702 900 Email - email@example.com to report the damaged calendar within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have your Order Number ready before you call. (If you have received a faulty item, you will be offered a replacement (if possible) or refund.)
It is acceptable to return a calendar with the shrink-wrap removed, as long as it contains no writing or other damage. Please note that we need the following before we can process a refund:
- The returned calendar
- The packing slip
- A letter explaining the reason for return
Instructions for Returns
- With the returned calendar(s), greeting card or other item enclose the packing slip with reference of your order number. Tape the box or envolope securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
- Send your return via an insured carrier, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (this will be at your own expense). We cannot be responsible for lost returns.

- Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and refund payment issued (This will not affect your statutory rights).
