The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) was founded in 1804 as the Horticultural Society of London and is the UK's leading gardening charity. The purpose of this established Society is to promote 'Horticultural and Gardening.' 

The RHS promotes horticultural through its many well-known Flower shows.  These flower shows normally take place in the Summer months in Chelsea, Hampton Court Palace, Tatton Park and Cardiff. The RHS also has the function of supporting training for professional and amateur gardeners.  There are over 400,000 members of the RHS and membership is continuing to grow.
